The first financing project feasibility and risk must be provided by the customer

Presentation of associated producers, preliminary trade intermediation

The work consists of: selecting and approaching the following main production companies, independent in France, the French studios and international representations of American studios

Getting agreement on the Project and Legal Training (contractual or legal materialization and co-production stake and subcontracting or co-producers)

The work consists of: supporting lawyers in the creation of partnership contracts and other legal documents of association for the making of the film, still in mind to protect your interests to the maximum

Support and intermediation in relations between producers and any other partners

The work as an assistant and intermediary will be up to the right end of the film, maintain the relationships between all and being a coordinator, and your board,

  • implementing creative, human, financial and technical resources to the production of the film,
  • participation in the design and monitoring of the agenda "planning" of manufacturing,
  • participation in budgeting, costing, to the distribution of funds, expense management,
