FINANGELS puts forward the concept of quality within daily prerogatives in the fulfilment of its missions, and at the same time the process of internal management. The whole team must rally to this concept for the satisfaction of the client.

Code of conduct

Since trust is the key element in finance, FINANGELS must serve the interests of its customer satisfaction and must also strive to maintain honesty and integrity in the marketplace.


ACTIVITY

The consultants of FINANGELS are specialised in the net assets transactions. They are well organised, methodical, can collect data efficiently, are analytical, have a good judgment for situation analysis, are quick-reasoning have creativity for the setting of various financial scenarios, have relational qualities, have a great control over the financial engineering techniques, are rigorous.

INDEPENDENCE

The FINANGELS team make independent analysis and their choices depend on the interest and strategy of their mandatory. Their indications are sincere and exact. They avoid proposing solutions that they consider not in conformity with the interest of their customers.

OBLIGATIONS

  • FINANGELS applies the law namely relating to the financial securities. All the collaborators are capable to perform this profession and are capable in ‘RC”.
  • FINANGELS must propose a customized solution. Intentional and false statements are strictly forbidden.
  • FINANGELS does not accept any fund from its customers, except fees due for their service completed.
  • FINANGELS is strongly against denigrating a colleague or its competitor’s solutions. Its remarks must be always courteous and based on technical data.
  • FINANGELS must maintain professional confidence.

Privacy Policy

1 - The consultants of FINANGELS are subject to a very strict and extended privacy policy - particularly for all the projects developed by the company. Everyone should be aware of this obligation, in any way, as well as for any alliances concluded by the company with any third party.

This privacy obligation applies to:

  • all type of information (but this is not exhaustive): all written and printed documents, samples, models, software, data, know-how, wordings, patent, process description, operational range, information, tools and parts, and other strategic, technical, commercial, financial, accounting, legal, fiscal, and administrative documentations,
  • all analysis, compilations, assessments and other documents that the firm, its partners, or representatives would have prepared or would outsource and that will include or refer or simply will result from information mentioned above,
  • the fact that the project exists, the fact that the consultant from FINANGELS is or is not more committed in the assessment, discussions or negotiations concerning projects, its content, the deadline and the progress of such negotiations, and in general everything that concerns the aforesaid project,
  • the customers and fields of activity of the firm for which the consultant has contributed or would has contributed in the fulfilment of projects .

2 - Each and every consultant of FINANGELS is committed to:

  • use confidential information that he would have been acquainted with only for assessing projects for missions given by the company in order to offer a service.
  • not reveal in any other way part or all of the confidential information, to any person, other than mentioned hereafter.
  • limit by any appropriate means the total or partial diffusion or use of the confidential data to the representatives of the company or people that are appointed and whose intervention for the assessment and negotiations concerning the projects would be necessary. The consultant commits himself to inform these persons that the privacy policy apply to then too.

Protection and responsibility Chart

Each customer is responsible for guaranteeing payment of invoices which he is responsible in settlement of the mission for which FINANGELS has been mandated.

The source of funds will be clean and clear, of non-criminal origin, free from any liens and encumbrances, freely transferable and are payable in cash on receipt of invoice immediately for immediate credit upon receipt by the receiving bank.

Each client represents and warrants that he has never been convicted under, or subject of any investigation with regard to:

  • a. The Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (latest version); and (FATF) financial 6/01; and
  • b. The Drug Trafficking Act of 1986 (latest version); and
  • c. The Criminal Act of 1988 (latest version); and
  • d. The Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act of 1989 (latest version); and
  • e. The Criminal Justice (International Cooperation) Act of 1990 (latest version); and
  • f. The Criminal Justice Act of 1993 (latest version); and
  • g. The Anti-Terrorism Act and the USA Patriot Act I and II (2003 and latest revision)
  • h. The Electronic Funds Transfer Act 1978 (latest version); and Homeland Security Act of 2002 (latest version).
  • i. FATCA compatible

In accordance with Articles Two (2) through Five (5) of the Due Diligence Convention and the Federal BANKING Commission Circular of December 1998, concerning the prevention of money laundering, any customers may be supplied to banks KYC and/or other Federal Institutions for purposes of verification on demands.
FINANGELS not have the means to verify the information provided by the client (Interpol, Tracfin, etc.)
